hi, associate was very nice, but my carpets look like they haven't even been cleaned. I thought maybe they would look better after they dried, but they didn't. And I'm sorry to say that, because I loved the fact that they were dry within a day, etc. But I was very disappointed. Thank you,

First of all, I LOVE your hold messages. In the past, you have had some seriously funny hold messages that make me laugh (no matter how bad of a day I have had). Your team answered so promptly this last time that I wasn't able to enjoy any new hold messages.
Secondly, the technician that came to our house was AMAZING! We requested a special treatment on one of the areas being cleaned. The technician walked us through everything he did. He was respectful, courteous, and worked quickly. The technician is a good representative of Zerorez.
We will continue to use Zerorez for all of floor cleaning needs.

Didn’t have chemical smells. The carpet was nice and soft. Darrell the gentleman that came and did the service was amazing. Good experience all the way around.
It was the best carpet cleanings experience I’ve had. The carpets turned out great and I had some issues. They smell so fresh and the drying time wasn’t bad at all. I was really impressed with the technician, Jessie. He was very knowledgeable... was prompt and finished the job in a short period of time. my carpet was so wet. It was cleaned at 8 am and when I called with questions as to why it was like this. I was told it may take up to 8 hours to dry. This was probable due to excessive humidity outside. This is Phoenix Arizona the humidity level yesterday was 7%. Give me a break.. My carpet in some areas was still damp the following morning. At least it is dry now no thanks to your customer service. At least the person who did the work was nice.

Zerorez is the only cleaning service that has truly cleaned my carpets and upholstery to my satisfaction. I did not expect them to eradicate all old stains in our previous carpet as some were there when we purchased our home, but since replacing those carpets in the last few years, there hasn’t been a stain or mark they haven’t gotten out. They truly deserve a “10”!
