Tech missed a square area in bedroom. Two areas floated back up. Due to out of town engagements we’re not able to get it corrected right away. See you on the 8th.

Very dissatisfied with how my carpets turned out. I have pet stains and the main reason for getting my carpets cleaned were to clean these areas and they still smell like pet urine. I would like the team to come back and spot treat these areas, not necessarily the entire stairs but certain areas.
I really like how easy it is to schedule an appointment. They keep you posted before the appointment and they make contact when they are on their way to your home. When they get to your home, they are always professional and knowledgeable. They get right to work and finish in a timely manner. My carpet and tile floors always look great after they leave and the carpet and tile continue to look great beyond the appointment. I recommend them to my coworkers, family and friends all the time.
The service guy was amazing - at his job, his personality, his attention to detail.
As he was walking out the door he noticed a few water spots on my tile and he went out and got his mop and cleaned it up.
He was informative and offered additional services but didn’t push.
I think we’re going to have you back to do our grout.

Re rug, the tech checked materials label and he, as well as we, thought it would be fine, so we are sure that the rug problem after cleaning is not tech's fault. Dark color ran onto the cream sections. The dumb thing puckered up too and is wavy now too. We set weights on it to help. Will probably toss it. I guess rugs are disposable now too as everything else.
I'm NOT asking for any money back or anything like that, just wanted to let you know so if another customers asks for a cheap rug to be cleaned, that the tech might warn the customer.
You guys are a 10 in our book!!

The gentleman who cleaner the tile did a wonderful job and was very nice.
Carpets did not fully dry in some areas for 48 hrs after, other than that the service was outstanding!
I was very happy with how clean my carpet and tile looked. The tile looked brand new afterwards. The technician was FABULOUS! Very hard working and super-professional.
