I’m always happy after getting my carpets cleaned
No expectations were met. Tech was polite and worked hard. Took nearly 6 hours of work for 3 rooms, 1 hallway, 1 stair. Took more than 6 gallons of treatment for what was promised to be 3 gallons. Total cost was 4 times original estimate when I told the tech I could only afford $500 max (final cost $875). Tech equipment broke during appointment. Took nearly 24 hours to dry fully. And all I was offered was 10% off after the fact for being a first time customer. After complaining I was offered $45 off my next treatment. Nope. Horrible.

I don’t have friends with tons of money. You’re employees are absolutely fantastic wouldn’t change a single thing. Your services are just way too costly. $418 for a Hallway and stairs is beyond average people’s comfort zone. I understand that it’s a tactic as the person is already there, but to recommend somethin as expensive as that just isn’t something I’d feel good about.
