We love the Empowered cleaning fluid! It’s great for streak-free cleaning of any shiney surface in the house. I use it on glass, mirrors, stainless steal appliances, countertops, my eye glasses, pretty much everything.
No harsh chemicals was used on my carpet. When the tech was finished, my carpet was cleaner than when we bought the house 3 years ago. All the stains from our roommate's pets are now gone. No more trashed carpet. We are very satisfied.

Great customer service and good job cleaning carpets
Don't leave the carpet smelling worse than when you arrived. Train/empower the employees so they can resolve issues on the spot (in my case: open new order to charge for subextraction rather than make me book another appt). Reinforce Covid-19 mask wearing protocols (not wearing mask under the nose).

I had a bad experience once with the cleaning service, not sure if it was because of the Tech or another reason. So I didn't use Zerorez for awhile. Then someone else mentioned to me that they used Zerorez and they did a good job, so I tried you again. My carpets are really bad and we are actually going to replace them in a few months, so I wasn't expecting anything special. Your technician's that came out were friendly, and new what they were doing. My carpets came out really good for what they had to work with. What I liked about them is that they talked me through the really bad spots and let me know that they did the best the could, instead of just letting me guess. They were very careful in our home and made sure to cover all the corners as to not scuff any our walls.

When I called we went over what we had for cleaning. 3rooms 10’ hallway and a 8x10 living room was quoted $190 plus additional cost if soil treatment was needed. Had my husband meet them and he was charged almost $300. I will never use your services again that is incredibly wrong to quote one price and then charge far more. The home is barely 1500sqft and maybe 50% is carpet.
I have some messed-up carpet, and watching it get cleaned was amazing. If you have grease issues these are guys to call, our living room is right next to the kitchen so watching the grease just get obliterated was crazy to watch.
