I liked the technicians and their professionalism. I like that chemicals etc are not used to clean carpet and tile. They missed a few spots on the tile that I am going to have to go back and clean by hand. several spots in the grout and a small section of the tiles it looked as if they missed.
I love how clean my carpet is and love that it is not sticky and stiff after the cleaning. Customer service was very friendly.
Am totally pleased with the service. The rep was prompt, gracious & explained the whole process. My cleaned carpet far exceeded my expectation. Spots were treated & pile renewed. I would refer Zerorez to anyone in need of excellent carpet cleaning.

The techs were very kind and courteous and punctual !! The process was efficient and well done.
He should have done a walk through with us. The were spots behind the door that were still dirty. Also the area around the toilet was a mess. The other rooms looked good.

I really did like your service the carpets came out so clean. I don’t know how old they are they were in the house when we bought it 41/2 years ago and they look new so you did a wonderful job. The grout didn’t come as clean as I assumed it would but overall I would recommend your company to friends

#1 was our technician. He was fantastic!! #2 carpets look and feel sooo much better. #3 the dry time was much quicker than past experiences with other companies

Fast service
Aaron arrived on time and was polite, courteous and followed Covid mask protocols. We were impressed with his explanations of the different products and services and he was respectful of our questions and decisions. Aaron did a great job on a family room carpet that has had a succession of small dogs. It is day two after the cleaning and we are pleased with the results, there is no odor and the carpets look great.
I think you do a great job I will be back. and tell my friends
