Great service and no harsh chemicals
There are still stains in the carpet which did not come out. I usually rent the Rug doctor and I have always been able to get the carpet looking great afterwards. But when you are paying $225.00 I think I should expect the carpet to look better than when I do it, and it does not. I believe it was a waste of my money and in the future I will just do it myself.

The tech was very personable and professional. He was respectful of our property and worked quickly. However the carpet doesn’t look any cleaner than it did before.
Their tile and grout cleaning equipment really did the job on our floors. When we found a small area in the kitchen that needed a return visit they did not hesitate on returning at no charge.

Have had you to our house four straight times now, I would think that says enough. The man that came out the second time said the prints in the carpet were from the dog. The prints were as big as saucers, my dogs feet would not be anywhere near that size. But thank you very much for coming back and fixing it.

Klayton Kitteison and Trey Rogers were careful about all the places they went, protecting the walls from hose marks. Very complete job, identified some stains, cleaned them well. Went over all our service options and pricing at the beginning. They showed a high level of care for our home and performed their work at a high level of workmanship.
