I paid 230 for 30 minutes of work. The carpet doesn't even look that much different but even with my small carpet cleaner I'm still pulling up dirt. I paid you to come and clean my carpets not just to give it a once over and call it good. If I knew it was going to be a quick money grab I would have never book and will never book again in the future.

My carpets look just like they did before the wash. I wanted to be impressed to continue to use the service but unfortunately it did not work out for me. I paid too much for something that we could’ve done ourselves :(

Feel gr8 knowing your carpet cleaning process is much better than the typical cleaning processes. Plus, your technician was gr8, very nice, competent, and answered all questions. I will be using your company for both my carpeting and my tile in the future.

Communication is key to everything and the main office did not communicate with the techs on site. It became a he said she said between us and the techs. I had asked to have two rooms and my stairs to be cleaned, but was told they were only aware of one room and stairs so my original quote would be off. I was moving in and wanted to make sure my carpets were cleaned and thought by having a known company that would happen. I read the positive reviews and felt like I had made the right choice. I just wish I would have had the same positive experiance. I still found spots here and there that were missed, but I was able to clean them myself.

Our house smelled rather musty and moldy for the first few days afterwards. The technician was super nice and helpful though.

I was very disappointed when the technician walked in our house without mask on . When I asked him he said we are not required, I said we have a baby here and people not vaccinated completely yet . The second disappointment is when he sprayed some chemicals or whatever before cleaning, he created very slippery areas by the outside of the door , without warning us , I almost slipped, but my daughter fell and hit her shoulder and this morning she woke up with a lot of pain.

Your environmental fees, I was told 135 for three rooms of carpet and was surprised to find it was 150 not happy about that
