I have used other services as well I have my own carpet cleaner, but My carpets have never been so clean. Will definitely use this service again! They were on time, let me know in advance when they would be here...not a 2 hour window, which is what most service people do. Reasonably priced, highly recommended!
This is the second time that I have had Zerorez clean my carpets. The first time I didn't have any real stains, just traffic areas. The results were so so. This time I had vomit stains from a sick dog that I have recently had to put down. The tech hit me with the usual upgrade tactics if I wanted to get rid of the stains. Of course I did (that is why I called) but after the carpet was dry, the stains were still there and bigger than they were before. I am definitely not Happy with the results and would not recommend Zerorez to anyone.

The tech was super friendly and was very careful inside our home. The things we had cleaned turned out very nice and we didn’t have to wait a day and a half before we could use them. I will definitely recommend Zerorez.

The way the carpet cleaning makes the fibers stand up like new. The tile cleaning was also nice.

I had never used you before. They gave me a quote on the phone and then we didn't change the area dimensions but charged me 45 dollars more. It was a phone quote so I had no recourse. After battling over that, they forgot to do the closet that they charged me for. At that point, I called and I was just asking for a refund of the 20 closet. But they insisted that they could give me a credit for a future job or I could have them come back later in the day that complicated my day even more. He was super and came back but I had told him what to clean and there were only 5 areas. In the beginning pre cleaning, I pointed out a few "dirt"spots that he assured me he would get the spots out but they are still there. They were NOT urine, blood, or anything other than dirt. Not at all satisfied with the experience.
The technicians were very professional, polite, and were careful with our furniture. They worked extra hard to remove any stains in the carpet.
