Hi there, I am a loyal zerorez client. I use you every six months and am typically overjoyed with the final product. However, as my carpet has dried, I am noticing three rather large areas that seem neglected or just simply received too quick of a pass over. I am usually very satisfied, so this seems odd and unordinary.
I would appreciate it a tech could come back and go over these three spots to make the carpet look as good as all the other areas.
