The gentleman who did my carpet wasn’t to friendly. He got the work done and the carpets turned out good. But the customer service part was a bit off.
Tech was too fast. Heavy traffic area has dark marks still.
The understand they don’t move furniture. I moved all but the couch and a table. I just wanted to push them to one side so that he could get underneath and push it back. Weird and awkward how the guy just sat there and watched me push a heavy couch, and not offer a hand whatsoever. Pretty rude.

We have used Zerorez multiple times and have been extremely happy with all of them. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. And, of course, the carpets look fantastic when they're done!
I was not able to be home so my adult kids were there. My son had to ask how it was possible he was almost half done with 6 rooms of carpet and 1 room of tile cleaning in less than 30 minutes. The tile has so many spots missed ( and no it’s not stained ) the carpet was soaked when he left. I seriously feel my house is more dirty now than before you showed up. I used you guys 2 years ago to clean all my tile grout and you did an amazing job. The tech took his time and did a great job. This time not so much,

I value and appreciate all aspects of this product and company. We had three rooms cleaned in addition to two area rugs and a large stuffed chair and ottoman. Received notice of approximate arrival time which was so convenient as we didn't have to wait around all day. He showed up on time and got right to work. Within two hours he was finished and everything was great.
