The Zerorez person was nice and knowledgeable and did a good job in cleaning the area requested, however the carpet seemed oversaturated and took more than 30 hours to completely dry. I am concerned because the carpet was brand new being installed 3 days prior to Zerorez's coming to clean a dog spot and there is a musty smell in the room now.
