Zero Rez still doesn't do a good job getting out specific stains. I'm not talking about complicated spots, just regular spots. After the carpet dried, I could see a lot of the spots were still there, so I got on my hands and knees and scrubbed them out. If I'm going to pay $100 plus an environmental fee for one room, it would be nice to have it clean.
Price and professionalism. Carlos was a very conscientious worker and a friendly one, too.

Zerorez was on time, explained what they were doing and did it.
The technician that came by was friendly, informed, and on time. Details were explained and limitations clearly conveyed to the customer (e.g., no guarantees on certain types of stains). I appreciate the honestly and had a nice chat. The following day the carpets were clean, foot and dog odor free, and soft. I have two things to note: the carpets were wet for 6-8 hours (might be the high pile carpet though) and it is a tad bit more expensive than competitors. I have no real complaints and I'm certain I'll have them out again for the next deep clean.
We had a great experience with Zerorez. The tech was early and worked all day on our commercial facility. Several stains were removed in the cleaning process. Thank you for a job well done.
Great all around
I had called to schedule approximately 1 month in advance for a Saturday appointment time - the end of the month - February. I would have appreciated an earlier arrival time for this scheduled appointment time than the 4-6 PM window I was e-mailed. Because of this late appointment, I was not able to move any furnishings back into the master bedroom until the next day which was Sunday. We were able to sleep in our bed, but the carpet was far from dry. The tech stated a drying time of 6-8 hours which meant the next day. I did also have to purchase for an extra fee/cost the deodorizing of the finished carpet because the smells were so strong and actually obnoxious. The Tech was very polite; knowledgeable; efficient; and professional. Reviewing the carpet during the daylight hours also revealed some areas that were not completely cleaned as previously noted when the inspection occurred at night the night before.
Abraham is amazing and went above and beyond the call of duty! We hope we can request him next time. He deserves a promotion, bonus and a raise. Employees like him are hard to find. My husband tried calling in too and wasn't able to get to anyone. Zero Rez is the only carpet cleaners we use. You get the toughest stains out and our carpet is so clean after. Thank you!
I was impressed from start to finish with Zerorez. They were easy to schedule and their pricing is competitive. The technician arrived on time, was pleasant, professional and explained each step he would take. He completed the work in three rooms in a timely manner and the quality of the work was great. My carpets look fantastic! I will use Zerorez again and recommend them to anyone wanting a quality carpet cleaning service.

We had our carpets shampooed yesterday. Our technician was very friendly and knowledgeable! He offered a few extra services, some of which we purchased, and he made us feel very comfortable because he was not pushy! Our technician did a wonderful job and got rid of all of our stains! We would definitely recommend Zerorez!
The floor technician was quick to provide the correct pricing. He provided all options. We opted to move forward with his recommendation. He immediately begins to clean the area. He is professional and polite. He provided instructions on how to handle the sealing of the floors. We are happy with the work and the results.

I really liked it when I place my order I was help to get a good price. And when the Christian came to do the floors he explained everything about the possibilities and conditions and all of that ahead of time. Very upfront people. An excellent job and the carpet looks totally renewed even though it's not brand new as we thought. I would definitely recommend and will use this service again.
