Always love having your company come in to clean for us...The person that did the work was great. The smell wasn't quite , I asked him and he said he put some other product for the person before us ...It actually smelt like dirt! lol so my home and office smelt like that for a day or two!

The service man was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the treatments to get rid of pet stains as well as allowed me to watch while it was being preformed. The carpets came out clean, free of odor, and had a quick dry time!

We had the kid come in and clean both new tiled showers (only 2 months old). Nothing against the kid he was very friendly. But for $330 for him being here for 1 hrs. Very disappointed on how it turned out. I would have paid my own kids half of that and they would have done a lot better job. And sealing the grout line....half of them weren't even touched with sealant. As of right now I'm not impressed and you were highly recommended from friends.

I know the ionized water cleans. I have watched it take up unbelievably stubborn dirt. I like the claim (believable, I'm sure) that the water also does not leave a residue in the carpet that will attract dirt more quickly that other cleaning solutions. The worker who came to my home did an excellent job. He was very conscientious and thorough.

The “impression” that I got from the person on the phone was that everything would look like new. It is definitely cleaner but not really what I expected even after a second attempt on some grout areas. Maybe my expectations were too high

Carpet does not crunch when walking in it when it dries. No foul odor. Carpet dried quickly.

Had carpets cleaned as well as a large sectional couch I had purchased used. I cannot stress how amazing the couch looks now! The tan microfiber looks and feels brand new with no harsh chemical odors from cleaning. Service was timely, professional, and worth the money.

I like that your product doesn't have a lot of chemicals. We have an older dog and I didn't have to worry about the dog getting sick from the carpet cleaning solution. The technician was also fast, friendly, and efficient.

I liked the service I had done on my tile. It looks great.

the price for cleaning a sofa ($130.00) seems very high in comparison to the square footage of the sofa to the square footage of a room ($50.00) Also, the price of $35.00 per room for stain protection is high. Reasonable would be $35.00 for all rooms cleaned, not per room.

Would I use your company again? Not sure. Shawn was a good tech, but your prices seem high, and I had to do the heavy work, move furniture, pre vacuum etc.

For the total price I paid $315.00, I would expect more from your company.

Maybe cut down your advertising budget, and pass the savings to the customer.

Overall, a 3 rating, and no pass it forward to friends.

The technician was great I was very comfortable and happy with him. However, I paid 865 dollars to have red stains and pet stains removed in 2 rooms. Almost 1000 for two rooms...the per stains are still visible and there are still pink spots where some of the red was.

They were on time, professional, and did a great job.

So far the carpet is looking really great. The nap was raised during cleaning and it is still looking good five days later.
Tom was an excellent tech . He shared knowledge of the process, and cleaned up after himself!

I used Zerorez for the carpet cleaning of my previous home at move out as well as for move in at our new home. Both technicians were knowledgable, quick, and efficient. I plan to have them out again soon for couch cleaning. Their online scheduling system was very convenient as well.
