Our technician was excellent. He was able to remove some stains that had been in the carpet a long time: fingernail polish and colored wax. We hadn't even pointed them out. Great job.
The employees were all very friendly. However, I had to have someone back out to clean my couch properly. Even then I had to keep on pointing out areas that needed cleaned. I gave the first cleaner the benefit of doubt that maybe the lighting made it difficult but after discussing my thoughts with the second and several spots were still missed. I don’t think I am that picky, I just want the job done right. I like the fact my carpets are not crunchy and thought Zerorez did a great job the first time I used them. I have tried them several times since but have been disappointed. Unfortunately I think I am going to take my business elsewhere.
The technician, Spenser, was polite and professional. He did a fantastic job and I wouldn't have anyone other than Zerorez clean my carpets.

The tech was very good at what he did. Thorough and explained what the process was as well as the cost. He was timely and very professional.

The tech that came out was very nice and upfront about the whole process. The carpet and tile looked good except for a some stains that couldn’t come out that I was hoping would, but what can you do for older carpet. Also the tile came out great where he cleaned. However about an inch or two in front of all the cabinets he wasn’t able to get to or didn’t get the grout. So I’ll have to hand scrub those areas. It’s a lot of work for one person to do practically the whole house so for the most part the tech did a good job. Overall it looks better and was a quick and easy process.

My house still smells like cat urine from the previous owner and the high traffic areas still look dirty. I don’t think there’s anything you can do at this point I’m just going to have to replace all of the carpet.
