We paid $750 to get two rooms cleaned, including the special cleaning stuff for animal pee. The smell was still there so they came out again but the smell is still there even after a second treatment.
Abe was very professional and helpful. He made me feel like he really cared about my home and what was needed.

the person who came to my house was very clumsy with his equipment,he left scuff marks on my base boards in my bed room ,they r painted the same color as the walls & since that was done 5 yrs. ago i don't have any paint to match & repair it . he did not where anything on his shoes so he left foot prints all over the floor in the living room & kitchen. so i had to re mop & wax the floors. i have laminate flooring & foot prints show. his big hose was scuffing up the corners of the walls.
so i will not be useing u again.

We purchased this home and the cleanliness was less than ideal. The carpet is only four years old and we plan to replace it with a remodel. Thought we would have them cleaned (one room smelled of pumpkin scents even after painting all the walls and closet. Six rooms and a hallway and he was in and gone in 54 minutes....
Evan spent time explaining services and procedures. He even told me what he thought was not necessary. I had the full price upfront before he started. Very pleased!
Setting up the appointment was quick and easy, quote was exactly as stated, technician was prompt, efficient and professional, while still being very pleasant to talk with. I’m extremely happy with how my carpet and tile turned out - who knew that’s what my grout looked like!!!!
Great service and results.
We had an estimate for cleaning the flooring in our RV including the couch and 2 dining table chairs and we was charged extra for the chairs, the couch has areas that were obviously not cleaned (around the edges) and the carpet looks ok but defiantly not even close to what was expected.

Very disappointed with the results. I actually give only 2 stars, but my wife gives "Zero" stars.....Thus the one star. I give two, as the tech was really nice and respectable of my home. He spent about 3 hours working on 1500 square feet of carpet. So I know he was here working. However, the results get the zero mark. There are areas that still didn't come out very good, mostly high traffic areas. When I called and made the appointment the phone salesman said I wouldn't need any extra 'pre-treat' on those areas, that they would still come clean. Wrong on that point. Those areas are still darker than the rest of the carpet. Along the baseboards all through the house are still darker as well, which is odd. There were two rooms that never get used, so those were omitted in the cleaning process. The carpet areas that WERE cleaned still look darker next to the rooms that WERE NOT cleane. Another thing is after the tech left he said 6 - 8 hours for the carpet to dry. As the day went on our windows in the house started to 'sweat' with moisture. Likewise the inside of our vertical blinds, and even the skylight were dripping with moisture. Really strange about that. Dark spots dripped down the blinds and even from the skylights. ZeroRez, I have photos if you would like to see my issues. Lastly, I don't think the name "ZeroRez" is a true representation of the results. It's supposed to be ionized water with no chemicals. However from my results, both of the slick feeling of the carpet as it was drying as well as the dark moisture that collected afterwards, there must be some sort of chemical in there. My home smells a little like cleaner, but not too bad. The company can call me if they want more details. But I wouldn't use their company under these circumstances. I had better results renting a Rug Doctor in the past. I honestly expected better results from photos I had seen on the internet.
Joshua did a great job. He explained the process and was very personable.
The gentleman that came was very nice. He informed me about what carpet to buy if I ever go to by some in the future. He told me the reason why too. He was very fast and got all the stains out of the carpet. We even got on the topic of good food places to eat at. He is really good with his customers at making a connection. He makes his customers know that he cares about them.
Quick, easy, and carpets came out looking brand new and smelled fresh and are not crunchy
I have used Zerorez for years! There is no left over residue, no smell and no more stains. I teach in my home and have a lot of foot traffic. Zerorez has kept my carpets lovely and clean.
My technician Jessie was so professional and friendly. He pointed out areas of concern (which were dealt with beautifully) and also cleaned additional area rugs. He did a wonderful job!!

Got our carpets cleaned and didn’t get very clean
The Zerorez member was polite and very informative. My disappointment came hours after the cleaning, we notice wall damage in various areas along the stairs. I believe this was cause by the equipment.
Nothing major just enough to be noticed and required some minor repair.
