No chemicals

Called and asked if they could come 30 min early which was a plus for me, did not have to sit around and wait . Ernest wore a mask, was polite and got straight to work.

Good service - fast and effective

I have Zerorez out once a year to clean my white carpets, usually late spring, early summer. This year I had them out to clean early as one of my cats was sick a lot at the end of her life and the carpets took some good hits. I cleaned as much as possible, but they needed professional cleaning. Jesse Baeza was my tech this time and he was just so particular that I will be calling back to request him. Online scheduling. No overwhelming carpet cleaning odors

Everything went so smoothly. From the initial phone call to schedule a commercial quote to the cleaning we could not have asked for better service. Our carpets had not been cleaned before and had many oil and grease stains from our in-house service men. I was totally surprised that the stains were able to be removed. We had 7 rooms to be cleaned and in a little less than 2 hours everything was taken care of. I would without hesitation not only recommend Zerorez. We also will be using again in the future. Also, we might add that they were considerably lower in price than a well known competitor. Guess that goes to show sometimes you can get superior service for less money.

Our technician Dylon was AWESOME! He took the time to walk each room and explain what he was going to do. So awesome that we only booked the carpets being cleaned but ended up having the tile done as well. Will definitely be using zerorez again in the future! Floors look amazing in our new home!
