the hesitancy to do the area rug was I feel unnecessary. In the end he would not do it. In addition the price changed because of the area rug. I still need that area rug in my den cleaned!

Great service and staff. We love how the cleaning is more natural and doesn’t leave the carpet nasty. The carpet is fresh because they use water. No nasty chemicals. Last time we had the house cleaned there was a musty smell on the stairs afterwards... unusual. We called and they came back out right away. Cleaned the area again and everything was good to go. Great service.

We were not happy with the service. Our carpets were not thoroughly cleaned; as there were obvious areas that weren't even touched and our carpets were left crunchy even though they claim that there is no residue left behind, which they claim to guarantee. We gave them a second chance, to no avail even though it set us back on our needed completion date. We requested a refund due to the carpets not being properly cleaned, but they refused and they wanted to put us through a third attempt, which is not and was not acceptable to us. I would not recommend them to anyone and we may even post a U-tube video with our grievances if the issue is not resolved.

Chemical free. Always on time. Two hour window versus four or six. The guys that show up are always courteous and do a great job. I’ve been using Zerorez for ~7 years and will continue to do so!
