Got coffee stains out that I thought were going to stay forever.
Its an old carpet but the cleaning lifted the material so that it looks almost new.
The service person was very friendly and through. He displayed a true interest in accomplishing the results I desired for my carpet.
I lie that the carpets dry quickly and your technicians always do a great job. They are also friendly. I've had a good experience every time you've been out to clean my floors.
After your tech left the carpets looked the same as when he arrived. Said they will look better when they dry. I took out my hoover extractor and pulled up so much dirt out of the carpet I couldn't believe it. I have pictures of the dirty water that I extracted. I spoke with someone and they are coming back to reclean next week. If it's better I will change my opinion. I was hoping for a better result the first time.
The results were outstanding. Before zerorez came to our home I wasn't optimistic about keeping our rug. The results however far exceeded our expectations. First name removed did a great job explaining the zerorez process. He efficiently restored the heavily trafficked areas like new - which I didn't think was possible. We're very glad we called Zerorez and won't hesitate to do so again

Easy process to schedule appt, on-time response. The Tech was very helpful in answering my questions and helped me choose which service I needed for my carpet. Final result was amazing. This carpet is 8 years old and never been professionally cleaned. It looks brand new and was dry in less than 8 hrs. Defintely use them again
The first cleaning I had, I could tell the floors were clean.... the second time, my carpet still feels a bit crunchy and took a long time to dry. The service changed from one cleaning to the next so I feel like the service isn’t well rounded.
I only use Zerorez for my tile floors. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is second to none! :)

Your technician was super nice and polite. He estimated that it would take him about an hour and it was dead on. He did a really good job and I'm very happy with the job he did. I will definitely use Zerorez anytime I need my carpet professional cleaned.
Have recommended you in the past, and will continue to do so. Collin was my tech this time, and did a FANTASTIC job! I think, possibly, the BEST job I have ever had from Zerorez! That young man is a credit to your business, and you should recognize him as a valued employee!
My technician was absolutely amazing very informative and able to answer all my questions I had a quite a few stains from children and my carpets look brand new I would absolutely recommend zerorez to anyone

Thoroughness
First I want to say how incredibly clean the carpets, rug and my recliner look! The most impressive thing about the service is Trey who did the cleaning for us. One of the kindest people I have ever met. He made me believe there were actual decent people left in this world.
