I have been a long time client and have recommended zerorez to friends in the past. However the one thing that really annoys me is all the upselling on sprays and add-on treatments. The guy who cleaned my carpets told me about the extra treatments he recommended but said we could talk about it at the end. But then he went head and did them and charged me for them. My original quote was around $179 and with all the extras I ended up at almost $300! That’s a lot of upselling! I will think twice about using zerorez next time unfortunately.

Fast and friendly service
I like that you don't use soap and the carpet not only dries quickly it's not hard and stiff when it does completely dry. The technicians have all been on time, professional, and preform the work requested. Have never been pressured to have additional work done to increase the quoted cost.

I am very impressed with my tech at Zerorez. He did a fantastic job. My carpets look brand new. Great prices too.
Our service person was polite, helpful, efficient and careful. Would use your service and recommend it. Only suggestion -- in our case area rugs had to be moved to the patio for cleaning as we have wood flooring. Service person was aware and had no problem with that. My suggestion is that you offer to come back later in the day or the next day to replace them inside as they were a challenge for my sister and I (both in our 80's) to get them back in the house. I am sure your elderly customers in this age range wouldn't mind paying a little extra for this added service.
Great cleaner Carpets loom good
Wasn’t satisfied with topical biological treatments. Left carpets sticky and crunchy. Contacted ZeroRez to resolve and you refused to re-clean unless I paid an additional $750. Pretty much extortion.

The technicians are always on time, are very knowledgeable and efficient. They don't waste time, and do a great job! A great experience in every way!
The carpets look great when you’re done but most of all I appreciate not being upsold. I realize the technician has to offer services but I don’t like the high pressure of some other companies.
Non chemical based cleaning.
We had zero Rez out in 11/2019, my carpets seemed much more fresh and clean. My carpets still smell. It smelled ok after he sprayed the scent after the clean. But the next day my rooms have a strong smell and do not feel clean.
