Joshua was very courteous and informative. Every step of the process, he came to get me to check it out. From the cleaning of our cloth furniture to my husband's leather chair. Our tile floor had never been professionally cleaned since we built 2 years ago. The grout lines has all the gunk finally removed that I could not get with regular mopping. Thanks Joshua and Zerorez!
Our service technician Jordan was very friendly and polite. He did a great job. He was able to clean our carpet very good. It was my first time using zerores or any carpet cleaner.
I would recommend them in the future. It was very easy to make an appointment and they had appointments available very quickly. Overall we had a very pleasant experience.

I have been using zerorez for years. We have a stain in 1 room, I was talked into an additional fee for the stain but doesn't look like it worked. It is lighter in color but larger. Also the carpet felt crunchy which has never felt that way in the past.

My carpets look great and the young man cleaning them was so informative and so pleasant.
I was told the carpet would be dry in about 4 hours after, it was still damp 11 hours after. Either the tech did not take the time to vacuum up the solution or the equipment was not functioning properly. Second there were some stains left under where a couch had been removed from (I removed all furniture prior to the cleaning), my wife was told that they would not come up, I used Folex and a white towel, the stain came right up. I will call customer service tomorrow, but I am definitely not satisfied.

I chose ZeroRez because of the safety of the water in cleaning carpets, using them both here in AZ & CA as well as recommending them to my neighbors in both states. This last time I had to have a bio treatment due to our dog getting sick. The tech came out the morning I called in panic mode. It took a FEW DAYS for the spot/stain to disappear, but it's gone! There is a residue odor & I'm hopeful that'll be gone as well. Additionally, the office staff called immediately to take care of my concerns & offer a 30 satisfactory service - can't ask for more :)))
