The ease of scheduling, professional service personnel that arrive when they say they will, coming in and getting to business cleaning and taking the time to answer questions and making your happy with them and job done. I will refer Zerorez to everyone.
The technician arrived on time and was done in less than 2 hours. He did a great job. It took several hours to dry and raised up in a few places.

I absolutely loved the service I had. I had a couch cleaned that I assumed the dogs had ruined. I had my tile floor cleaned in the kitchen and the stairs and bedroom carpet cleaned. Needless to say the kitchen looks brand new. And the carpets fresh and clean. Javier was my tech. He was honest and hard working. Literally on his hands and knees cleaning every inch of the couch making it look brand new. I will only ask for him the next time I have you guys come out. I found out about you guys from my friend JohnJay. He loves you guys also. So thank you and I am a client for life!!
I liked almost everything about your operation. You service man and your office people are the best. Mainly, like that the clean carpet is not inviting dirt as others do. Your ads say your cleaning method does not produce 'crunchy' carpets. Our (Berber style) carpets are rough and crunchy went walked on with bare feet. This did not happen the fiorst time we cleaned them with Zerorez.

I purchase the cleaning fluid from you and use it to clean my tile floors, laminate floors and many other surfaces in my house. Works very well on the kitchen surfaces.
