Just one suggestion - it would be great to provide a hand-out "post-cleaning instructions" piece of collateral (like no barefeet or shoes on the rugs for 24 hours - socks are best, etc).

You can even use the back to promote your other services and explain the ZeroRez water procedure.

The Zerorez technicians are always kind and professional. Trayvon cleaned our tile and was very prompt and thorough.

No residue

After having the carpet in our house cleaned about 6-8 weeks ago AND recommending ZEROREZ to a neighbor, I needed a room cleaned due to our dog getting sick on the carpet. I cleaned up the mess initially & used the ZeroRez water/cleaner that I'd bought for "emergencies" & scheduled a reclean the next morning.
Our technician was polite & on time. However, I would seriously suggest that all workers representing Zerorez wear an actual face mask of at least 2 layers as opposed to a thin neck gater. Additionally, the smell remains as a yellow haze. I'm unhappy with these results.

Carpet Cleaning

The gentleman that came was great. He did a great job cleaning our furniture.

The service was great. I had an issue booking my couch for cleaning. The tech arrived and told me I was quoted the wrong price, that my couch was an "L" and should cost more. I explained to the phone scheduler what type of couch I had and she did not advised me that it would be more expensive. The tech worked with me and cleaned the couch so that was good but the error in pricing the wrong couch means I likely won't come back for this service, it was too expensive.

I would highly recommend Zerorez to my family and friends. They always do such a thorough job and enjoy our clean carpet everyday.
