Products and services are amazing!!
First off your worker was very nice; informative and respectful.Representing your company you couldn't do better my problem is with your equipment or process .the carpeting in our home is just a year old their are just two of us and on small dog. We were informed and aware of possible urine smells lingering in two small area but gambled on just a good cleaning and the possible odor was gone.we had the rugs cleaned about 11 am and they were still wet at 10 pm when we went to bed.The next day my wife smelled a little urn so she went over the one room again with her hoover rug shampooer and the water was filthy from the dirt it pulled ou so she redid the whole room the water looked like mud when done and the rug was dry in 4 hours.I feel you have a nice sales pitchfor deep clean and fast drying but but does not deliver on this false claim.the new way is not always the better way.My recommendation is if you want the dirt cleansed OUT of your rugs stick with what does it and always has.

Carpet always come out super clean and not crunchy!
I have used your company many times. We had a couple area with small dog urine so I paid an extra $150 to have those spots treated. Now instead of two small stain I have a larger area that it crusty and stiff. I am not happy. I would have preferred the stains. I would like to have someone come back out in an attempt to correct this. The representative did not provide me any disclosure about possible crusty carpet and the area that is crusty is twice the size of what the stain was. I’m not happy at all!
Tech was great. On time, courteous, and knowledgeable. Will definitely be contacting you for my tile floors when you have you next special.
I love the professionalism by each technician. I like that there is not a lot of dry time. I know that each clean is through.
