Our carpets have always come out so clean when we have Zerorez out. Even though our carpets now are over 10 years old, they some how get refreshed by Zerorez. Some day we will get new carpets, and we will still have them cleaned by Zerorez. And if you are thinking about getting your tile done...DO IT! You will be quite surprised how clean they come out..and how dirty your tile actually is!! Thank you again for your quality of work, and best customer service!! BTW, I booked my appointment all from my phone...so quick and easy to do!!

The technician did a great job. The grout probably was never cleaned and she preformed a miracle. Very happy with how it turned out.

From office to resident customer service was excellent
our tile has a soapy residue all over it. It looks worse than before it was “cleaned. It is spotted and feels like a waxy residue. It was not properly rinsed with water and the customer service was disappointing.

The technician was nice.
Would not clean inside of closet although only 3 foot straight in. Said it was a walk-in closet and not included, would charge extra. This would have taken all of a minute to do. Also, he stopped several inches short of closet threshold. Your company gets a lower rating for being so cheap. I'll be sure to mention this to anyone who asks about your services. Otherwise your cleaning was performed adequately.
The fellow went to the wrong house, so that took awhile to straighten out, then it took him like 5 hours to clean 3 bed rooms

The technician arrived in a timely manner. He was friendly, efficient and thorough. My carpet feels and looks clean and almost like new. However, there was one spot he couldn't get out completely. But it is so much lighter now that it can hardly be noticed.
