Zero Res was not what I was expecting, I’ve had other companies do a better job. First of all the gentleman was done in an hour and 30minutes which seems really fast for so much carpet. Customer service was great, but overall I feel I have had better results with my old carpet company. Overpaid for something that doesn’t to have given me good results.
Friendly staff, extra effort to remove stubborn pet smells, took his time and performed quality work! Will use again to complete the remainder of the floors in the near future.
