We were very happy with Jason who was very patient because at the time I was working from home and had to work around me- His work was very thorough and My carpet looks like new after he was done- A lot of companies that I have used previously felt like they were upselling us to buy more stuff but not Jason-

The video on your website is misleading. To see those dirty black carpets being cleaned in one pass with the machine. I had a few dark areas on my carpet from high traffic and it looks the same. No fault of the technician. But the video makes it seem like you guys are really better than the rest of the companies and your system will get it clean better than anybody but that isn't the case thank you

I just asked myself would I tell my friends and family about Zerorez and I'm about 50/50. The rating wasn't based on the job. It was based more so on the price. Don't get me wrong, the carpets came out clean but for the price I guess I would've expected them to blow my mind. The guys was friendly and funny and did a great job. He did what we asked which was remove the stains.
Tech was friendly and asked what I thought of the results and then hit the spots I pointed out again and asked if I thought it looked better etc. He was early and worked quickly. He made sure to wipe up the wet spots on our wood floors.
Stains still visible, toilet was damaged
