Clean and very professional
Rob was great and did a great job. Our carpets look so clean
The empowered water does not leave soap or anything in the carpet.
It just still looks dirty evetywhere but where the beds were.
This is the third service I have tried in the area and the only one that was successful in cleaning the carpet professionally and promptly. Zerorez was professional, efficient, reasonably priced, and best of all, successful in getting very soiled carpet clean and fresh again. I will definitely be using this service again.

The 2 bedrooms with carpet looked good after cleaning, however the tile floors had numerous areas where dirty water had pooled. Once dried they were very noticeable as muddy looking spots that my wife had to go around to clean up.
The young man, I believe his name was Callin, was very pleasant and friendly, but his attention to detail on the tile floors needs to improve.
The crew wre very professional & personal. They worked well together. We added cleaning our exhaust fans to the order which we hadn't considered before.
We highly recommend them to anyone who is considering this type of service in your home.

The services are very good. It is easy to schedule appointments and technicians are very prompt and communicate through the process. I feel that the products are good and the price is reasonable.
When we made the contracted, we wanted 3 rooms and our walk in closet. the special was 3 rooms and the closet would be the 4th room free. We also wanted kitchen chairs cleaned, He missed some areas on the back of the chair. He charged me an extra $30 for the closet because it is not a room.
We used your service because of the recommendation by the carpet store.
I would have cancelled the cleaning if we hadn't moved all of our furniture.

The process is great, doesn’t leave carpet very wet but really clean.

On time, no soap residue, reasonable price, carpets are always spotless.
The service guy was great, very knowledgeable and did a great job. Some of the stains on furniture did not come out, and likely should have. This is not the result of the service guy, but perhaps the strength of the product. I now need to hire another service to come and finish the job.
This is the 5th time we have had Zerorez do our carpets. Your rep..Enrique, was very knowledgable about cleaning and very professional. Zerorez is the best!
I've tried a few other carpet/tile cleaning companies, and while they have all been good, my recent experience / experiment with Zerorez exceeded expectations. My tech was so polite and thorough and explained what she would be doing and why and provided constant communication.
She took pride in all the little details and just had the character to do "it" right.
So, this was an experiment. I only had the kitchen tile and the Master Bedroom / closet cleaned. I will be scheduling additional appointments. This cleaning was LOOOONNNGGGG past-due!
