You provide quality services and am pleased with the results with carpet, area rug and tile. The only reason I gave you a 9 is because the technician stopped cleaning my linen sofa after cleaning one side of the first cushion. He said it wasn't reacting well to the water and was streaking. I mentioned that you had cleaned it in the past with good results and that the fabric always darkened when wet. He was afraid to complete the cleaning though and that was disappointing.
The service guy was very helpful to deal with, and did a great job on my carpets, also helping me decide the best options for the best price.
The carpet looks great and I love that there is no soap residue.

Product used to clean, really pulls out the dirt, dust, pet hair, etc. Plus a bonus, every thing is almost dry when they finish because the high suction they use to clean. I had my sectional cleaned and it looks brand new. Michelle did a great job.
Also, I may add, every time I have used Zerorez, the staff is professional and friendly. They explain the process and get down to business cleaning.

My carpet was clean and dried very quickly. Boys were in and out in a flash! Not only that, but the service was impeccable and the techs that came out were so helpful and friendly. We were slightly unprepared and they went above and beyond to make sure the job got done, even helping us and doing extra work that wasn’t their job. Can’t recommend them enough

The products worked well and did not feel as though any residue had been left. The gentleman who serviced our home was kind, professional, and worked with excellence!
The service from tech was great however the work was not to expectations. We had some pet stains that he treated but it seems they are more apparent now than ever. It looks like I never cleaned my carpets as of now. I’m hoping there’s a way to make this right as these were very light pet stains originally and now they are yellow pinkish. It looks terrible.

1920 N Loretta Pl. Casa Grande, AZ 85122. Felt like the job was rushed since the person came late in the day. Didn't clean and seal the master bathroom title.... grout still dirty. Paid an additional $800+ based on the confidence level the cleaner had in getting rid of the carpet stains and order... was unsuccessful so now I'm spending over $3,000 to replace the carpet and padding.

I wish I remembered the name of the gentleman who serviced this call. He was great! I am planning on scheduling another service call at my house (this was for my mom) and I am hopeful we can get the same guy.

Our tech was excellent! Called to give me an ETA and was punctual, and did a great job not only cleaning the carpets but cleaning up the area so everything looked perfect when he left.
