Whatever the upholstery technician pre-sprayed on the couch worked great and got all the dirt and doggie drool off. Couch had not been cleaned in close to 10 years

The carpet is still flat even after the cleaning. I would think it would have been raked or more cushioned. Can still see walked on areas and pathways. Didn’t see a difference in the carpet. In and out in less than an hour
