Always on time, very courteous & my floors are always clean. Employees are courteous & thorough
Our pet stains didn't end up coming out so we are calling the carpet company to remove that section of carpet (the product was supposed to be pet-friendly, etc. so they will replace it if stains dont come out). The cost of the service just got so expensive. You add on a room and stairs and pet cleaner and suddenly the cost is triple. Misleading prices/promotions. But the tech who came was really friendly, really easy to work with. Also very efficient.

NO aroma!!! I was concerned because the carpet did bubble up in several areas, but as soon as the drying was complete everything was fine. Looks Great!!! Very PLEASED!!!
I like the no soapy residue
Great job & dried quickly! Colton was very friendly & professional. He did not try to sell other products or add more fees like most services that come to your home. No weird smell or crunchy residue on the carpets afterward. Have used Chemdry for years and like this product better.

I have to say I was disappointed with Ryan as I asked him to do my office as he wasn’t doing all of my living room and the area in the office would of made up for it and he said he would do it for 43 dollars more. I know you’re in the business to make money but that price was over the top. It makes me sad to think as long as I have been a customer he would not negotiate that . So in future don’t send Ryan out to our house my husband was not happy as he’s been in carpet cleaning business for 40 years and said that was a rip off . Just being honest.

Technicians are always on time. Call when they are on their way. Would like for them to wear shoe covers in house
The quality of work
My scheduled window was 8a -10a. Take the day off and I am up at 6 getting everything ready for this as scheduled, take the dog to day care and be back at the house by 8. Get a call at 940 that it's gonna be 1030. Get a call at 1045 that it's gonna be 1105a. Missed a business lunch due to the delay and not being finished til almost 1p
They were absolutely fabulous to work with and the young gentleman that did the work did an awesome job! 2 bedroom carpets, 2 rooms of tile, & 4 xl barrel chairs to clean. Everything turned out even better than I thought could happen!
