Our carpets feel like new and smell fresh and clean! Core, our service technician, was friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable and efficient! He addressed areas of concern and explained the potential levels of care. We definitely appreciated his thoroughness and personality! The tech that came out was kind, courteous and did an amazing job! He was on time and communicated throughout the process. I was cleaning our carpets and upholstery prior to our new baby arriving and I am so thankful that he did such a thorough job! 10/10 highly recommend.

The only thing that I’ve noticed after we have zerorez come out.. in some areas there is splatter on the walls, small amounts, some of the edges against the wall get missed and it can be seen.

Excellent service, had my carpets cleaned around 5 months ago - they accomplished getting these old carpets cleaner than I had ever expected. Had 2 matching chairs that were over 12 years old, decided to try having these cleaned because budget, and my age (82), would not allow the purchase of any new furniture. Price was acceptable and they turned out - like the carpets - better than I had ever expected. Thank you Zerorez.

My scheduled window was 8a -10a. Take the day off and I am up at 6 getting everything ready for this as scheduled, take the dog to day care and be back at the house by 8. Get a call at 940 that it's gonna be 1030. Get a call at 1045 that it's gonna be 1105a. Missed a business lunch due to the delay and not being finished til almost 1p
