The tech we had was amazing. He was polite and very thorough in his work. The best zero rez tech I’ve ever had. Definitely want him to come back and do my carpets and tiles in the future. If you can let him know, I would appreciate it unfortunately, I don’t remember his name but I was scheduled for service on October 6 between 10 and 1 PM and he came shortly after 10 AM. The tech that cleaned our carpets was great.
The service tech didn't seem knowledgeable about the services. I scheduled a cleaning. He then recommended a different cleaning, couldn't explain the differences besides he thought it would be better and clean just as good. More expensive but couldn't tell me why. When I asked more questions he said we wasn't sure if it would clean all the spots, but still what he recommended. Overall did an ok job, but would have rather had regular cleaning as the last time we did it, it cleaned much better.
Both techs went way beyond what is normally expected for this service. Mike literally hand scrubbed 3 problem areas. Their professionalism, efficiency and knowledge was refreshing.I was more than satisfied I was impressed.
