I didn’t want to get anyone in trouble so I didn’t call. Didn’t follow them around because I didn’t think I needed to. Bedroom is on second floor with vent above my bed. Got in bed that night and whole bed covered in dirt and small rocks. Whole house covered in dust and dirt. I don’t believe any vents were covered securely. Very very disappointed with your service especially with the price we paid
Employee are respectable. Zerorez is a reliable name.
Only problem is Ryan nicked the wall in my bathroom and didn't tell me. I saw the nick after he had left.

The frustrating part was that booking asked me the number of units that I had, but when the gentlemen arrived, I was told I had to pay extra for extra zones (this was NOT a question on the website) and then I also had to pay extra for dryer cleaning, which on the website seemed like it was part of the whole house duct cleaning, and only extra if you were ONLY doing the dryer vents. Probably will not use ZEROREZ again for hidden costs. It was almost 2X what I had originally budgeted for the service.

Enrique was the carpet cleaning tech who cleaned our carpets on Aug. 8, 2025. He not only did a great and thorough job, he was professional and personable---someone you would welcome into your home. We will definitely ask for him again.

I have used Zerores for several years and I clean my carpets at least every two years to validate my carpet warranty. I am very pleased with the work they do. I have a cat and don't want chemicals to harm her or to smell up my house. Zerores fills the bill. They do a great job, send nice people to do the work, and are very considerate of my time. They communicate well and I like that. They just do an all-around good job. And, all this for a very reasonable price.
On time and thorough cleaning
We have one room of carpet left. The $100 minimum made it quite expensive.

On time! That is a biggie for me. Very informative on the steps to clean tile/grout. Kept us informed on their progress. Very professional in their presentations. Articulate in delivering the information. Friendly. Explained bill clearly. Both Michelle’s did a great and professional job.
It’s gets your stuff clean!
We were referred by a friend who said that her carpets came out amazingly clean! We decided to give Zerorez a try, and we're hooked. Sadly, we had a dog that passed, so we wanted to clean the areas where she spent a lot of time, and those areas were the stair landing and the loft. They looked pretty bad, and we told Enrique to just do his best because we didn't expect miracles. Well, the stairs, the landing, and the loft look fantastic! We have flagstone floors, which need your help, so those will be next. Thank you, Zerorez!
