We really like that there isn't any soapy residue in the carpets left in our carpets like with other cleaning companies. Our carpets weren't still wet 3 hours after they were cleaned.
We would and do recommend ZeroRes to our friends and family for carpet and cloth furniture.

Dylan was a great technician and the care of our walls, corners etc., which I intended to ask about, was taken care of before I could ask. I appreciate when the service respects the property while cleaning.

I had an 8x10 area rug. Guy was very nice. Only took him 10 min and price was $125. To me that is too expensive.
I was surprised by my total bill. I inputted my requests and got a quote. Figured it could be off by 50 to 75 dollars, but not double what I was expecting. I chose my options had my son here to meet the tech and feel a phone call about adding services should have happened not a text message that did not include any additional prices. Disappointing as a first time customer.
