Like that they don’t have harsh chemicals

None of the areas on my couch or loveseat appear to have been properly cleaned or stains removed not sure if the chemicals or the age of these items were a factor and My aerial rug does not look like it was properly cleaned as well. The bedroom carpet was appropriate due to its age.

This is the second time I've used Zerorez and I'm really happy with the results.

My technician, Eric, did a fantastic job! He was friendly and made my carpets look like new. All of my walls were protected, there is no stiffness, no residue, no "scent" and everything was dry with four hours.

Eric also provided information on a couple of other services offered by Zerorez (without pressure)...I'll certainly consider in the future.

I'd highly recommend this company and it's process to anyone.

We recently had the grout cleaned. The actual cleaning and improvement of the cleanliness of the grout was good. However, there was a layer left behind on the floor and we ended up washing the entire space on our hands and knees. After doing that, the film was gone.

We previously had our carpets done by zerorez and were pleased with that service.

They work great! I had renters move out of my house and left terrible cat urine smells. You guys were able to treat the carpet and get the awful smell out of the house! Thank you zerorez!

Little care was taken not to damage non treating floors and walls. Blue hoses rubbed off on my white walls and molding. Worker said he would wipe clean. On two corners he wiped so hard he removed the paint as well. I had to go behind him and fix walls with fresh paint. Several spots were left on lvp in entry. Not sure what exactly caused the damage, but a lot of excess fluid had to be cleaned up at one point in this area. I assume lvp can only be replaced at this point.
