Had all carpets cleaned. They look beautiful even though they are old. Dried in good time, The only thing I did not like is that window of two hours in the appt. time, I was not told about it so when my time came I didn't know why noone was here to clean and no phone call, My whole day was ruined because of waiting around.

There were some spots that I think should have had some extra work. I did not know until he was gone and started to dry. He should have known.
The price requested for cleaning a spot on a mattress was extreme
I love that there are no chemicals in the cleaning solution. My technician was extremely friendly and did a fabulous job. He took his time and listen to my request and my carpet looks great again!
We paid something crazy like $80 for a small spot to be pet treated and it didn’t work. My carpet is 3 months old so it’s not like I was asking for a miracle. But after everything dried it still has the same smell.
Attentive to detail
The estimate had floor carpet and seats- when the technician came out he said the floor carpets were not on the invoice. So they didn’t get done. Even the receipt had floor carpet on it.
