Everything was fantastic except I don't understand the outrageous price for area rugs. Just put a few together and charge for another room. Geez, I've taken these out on the driveway and scrubbed them with a dish brush and Tide soap using a garden hose to rinse.

Zero Rez does an excellent job with carpet cleaning. We have been using them for several years, and are always pleased with the consistency and outcome. This time our technician was Temari and he was especially outstanding, addressing a few problem areas and ensuring that he did everything to make our carpets clean again. Temari was great!!!

These guys are reliable, professional and thorough! I have used Zerorez time after time because they check all the boxes! With 3 dogs the carpets can get scary! Not only do they make the rugs look new, they eliminate the dog smells! Zerorez has my highest unequivocal recommendation!

While I got different responses from different people each time I called, having an actual person come out, look at my rugs, explain the process and complete the process was very simple and very clean. The individual was knowledgeable and easy to speak with. I even decided to do my air ducts with you because of his knowledge and skill. Thank you.

Courteous representative and high quality work!

We were overcharged for work that really wasn't complete. We had a few area rugs and stairs and were charged $220. We were told that the stairs would cost $85 - my military discount which would be $76.50, which means we were charged about $143 to clean 3 area rugs, 2 of which had areas that didn't come clean. The lady said something about a satisfaction guarantee and well I'm not satisfied. A refund of at least some of my money would make things right.

Maybe have the technician wear booties because when tech left my floor was dirty from his shoes. You can see his foot prints

Dodger gave me the best customer service and did a complete, outstanding, phenomenal job. We talked through some of the time he was here and felt like I we weren’t just talking business but as if we were talking as good friends. The previous company that I used didn’t get any stains out. Not only did Dodger get all stains out but he also got all the heavy traffic marks out as well!! I’ll definitely stick with this company for the long run!
