Zerorez is a very professionally run business. My tech Josh was friendly, knowledgeable and timely. He even arrived earlier than expected which worked out great and is rare occurrence. I will definitely request him again. As for the cleaning quality it was great. I wasn’t sure some of the ugly stains would even come clean, but they did and I am extremely happy. I utilized a special they were running which made it very reasonably priced. I will definitely be calling them next time I need a carpet cleaning and would recommend to anyone needing cleaning services. Thank you.

Mario did an excellent job in explaining the product and my husband and I are very pleased with the results.
He also suggested that we do the "bath" process on our beautiful (but filthy) large woolen area rug. Reason being is that would be the only way to get the dog stains out of it, so they won't want to use it again as all of their smells were removed.

Matthew just delivered it and its perfectly cleaned--Yay!

My carpet is still wet in several areas 29 hours later after leaving the fans on, left windows open during the night, and kept doors closed so we all stay off carpet for drying. The carpet is now darker than before and still crunchy after I just vacuumed it (after 29 hours). I think the water was applied but not throughly sucked back up. Not impressed Zerorez.

I love ZeroRes and I have been using them for years. Always on time and WOW my carpets are so clean. I love their ‘empowered’ water and buy the 2 gallon container to use on almost anything. You will be thrilled at the results.
