This was my first time using this company but certainly not the last. The gentleman sent a text about a half hour before they arrived as promised. They arrived, introduced themselves, explained my options and went right to work. They were pleasant and polite during their stay in my home. The carpet has never been so bright! I will be using this company from now on and I would highly recommend them!
My carpet looks amazing! The technician was great. He was so sweet to my kids who were very curious about what he was doing. He took the extra time to show them what he was doing. I would 100% recommend to anyone needing these services
Service provider was very kind and thorough. He facilitated the service quote over the phone as I live in CA but was offering this to my family who had their mother pass away that week on the couch. It needed a deep clean, as well as other items. He was kind, patient and provided them the best service. Thank you.
After letting our carpet dry for 24 hours we vacuumed with an empty bagless vacuum cleaner and a lot of dust came out of the carpet still. I had other companies clean my carpets before and never had this problem. That’s why we were very disappointed. Hopefully there’s a way you can fix this issue. Thank you

Thought having a professional company clean our rug that we would get the WOW factor. Hardly notice the difference. Had the technician start cleaning our chair and made it so much worse. He said he talked to his boss and they would be reaching out to us. Haven't heard from anyone yet. Not sure but I think the chair is ruined. Hopefully they are a outstanding company and make it right.

My tech Cody did an INCREDIBLE job!! He was so professional, nice, efficient, careful, respectful of the walls and stairs and corners, and thorough!! I love the fact that the Zerorez process contains no chemicals, dries quickly, does an excellent job on tile, and so complete with multiple cleaning heads and processes. This is the BEST carpet and tile cleaning experience I've EVER had in 32 years of home ownership!!

Technician was on time and friendly. Before carpet dried it appeared as though the pet stain was gone. As carpet dried a large yellow spot was still there. I researched online and use hydrogen peroxide/ water mixture to remove.

The crew came into our home and did an awesome job pretreating and cleaning our carpeted areas as requested. They were polite and efficient. Very thorough while doing their job. The carpets look better than when we first moved into the home.

We had a fairly good experience, however there were a couple of spots that should have been able to be removed on our carpet that did not look touched and there was a spot on our tile grout that was left as a white possible residual mess.

I have always liked using Zerorez because it leaves my carpets clean without any soap residue. I always use Zerorez and tell my family and friends to do the same. We also use Zerorez on our rental properties.
