effective cleaning

I like the fact it is simple to schedule your teams as well as that the process you use for cleaning works so well and does not leave detergents in the carpet. It may all sound like marketing mumbo jumbo, but it does work, and the carpets do stay cleaner longer. There is also no fragrance or chemical smell which is another positive.

We just purchased a new home and needed to have the carpets cleaned. We asked for recommendations and Zerorez was the name that kept coming up. I have allergies and pets who love to roll around on the floor. Because Zerorez doesn't use detergents or harsh chemicals, I decided to give it a try. I am so happy that I did. The tech who came out explained everything he was going to do and was so friendly. Because the house was empty it took less than 2 hours. And drying time was amazing. In about 6 hours the floors were completely dry. Definitely will recommend Zerorez whenever I get asked. Well worth the cost.

Call center needs to make sure the listen to the customer for directions in regards to the house and when you’re asked to call the client back as there’s a concern about whether or not the phone is having issues or not it’s kind of important

When I lived in Scottsdale and had my carpets cleaned in the past, the workers always vacuumed before beginning the cleaning process. I no longer live in Scottsdale. Yesterday, after returning home, I noticed that this company did not vacuum beforehand. The areas I specifically needed cleaned still had visible dark build-up, which was very disappointing. I expected that a professional carpet cleaning service would remove the dirt and leave my carpets looking brighter, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

On time, did a great job cleaning and NO RESIDUE!

Within the last week I had my air ducts cleaned and my carpets cleaned. The workers were very nice and cordial, my carpets look great and I have a lot less dust in my house.

Did tile floor cleaning. A mediocre job. Technician left a let of soap marks om the floor. Not a very good job for $392.

The technician that came to our house was so friendly and knowledgeable. He was wonderful. The product did a good job at getting the carpets in three of our bedrooms fresh and clean. I also had my son's playroom couch cleaned and unfortunately I wish I wouldn't have spent the money on it. Even though I know it's been cleaned, it still looks the same/dirty. I would have cleaned it myself and put the money towards another space like the area rug in our living room. Lastly, I got the three room special, and after the technician left I saw a commercial advertising the same three room special with the fourth room free. I wish I would've been notified about the 4th room being free so I could have had another room cleaned.
