Robert took his job seriously and was amazing ! I had my carpets cleaned 4 yrs ago and the guy just used the last device on my carpets and they were crunchy he was horrible and here 4o min and gone

The tech came out and barely cleaned our whole sectional. He had a bunch of excuses as to why a ton of edges and dirt spots were not cleaned to which we then got out our little hoover spot cleaner vacuum after he left and got the spots ourselves and even went over other areas he said he cleaned and pulled dirty water from there as well. Oh and because we did this we apparently voided the "guarantee"... what a joke. I expected more, especially for that price..

Ryan showed up early and was very polite and professional. He did a great job and his attention to detail is much appreciated! This was my first time using Zero Rez but I will always continue to use your services. I appreciate that there is no strong chemical smell during and after the service. Ryan did a great job!!

not sure but but maybe i set my expectations too high on how clean my carpets would look after you were complete. my my carpets i believe were not that bad but still left with some discolorations that i thought would be gone after cleaning,

I really was impressed with the work done here at my work place. The gentleman that came and services us here at West Valley Rock. He efficiently & professionally cleaned each of our office rugs. He also noticed major damage and staining in a couple rugs, he had attempted to restore. Regardless of his efforts, they still remained. So he took those rugs off the bill, while still making sure they were clean. He understood the meaning of customer satisfaction. Will be keeping them in my mind for any future needs. mThanks Zerorez again! :}
