I was so impressed with Kristin .. He was so informative and gave me options and took extra care on my couch. Not only am I beyond happy with the results. I just appreciated that he took the time and gave me all my options and was just a pleasure to work with. Generally we were really satisfied with the job the technician did, he was very helpful and professional and our tile floor looked very nice and the grout was cleaned to our expectations. With that being said, before the technician left I noticed some residue/smears in a couple of spots on the floor and asked the technician about it and he re-mopped the area again and they were gone so we settled up and that was it. Since then I have spent the last two evening on my hands and knees and not done yet since the whole house floor was cleaned trying to get all the other area's of residue/smears off the tile which are really noticeable when the sun goes down and we have household lighting on inside, not sure if the final mopping wasn't done properly or needed a rinse off and mopped again but these smears are very difficult to remove using just water as I don't want to stain the grout right after cleaning. Again the floor looks great except for all the residue/smeared areas which is the reason for the lower rating. I would look forward to any suggestions that might help remove the smears, thank you.

Zerorez is the only cleaning service that has truly cleaned my carpets and upholstery to my satisfaction. I did not expect them to eradicate all old stains in our previous carpet as some were there when we purchased our home, but since replacing those carpets in the last few years, there hasn’t been a stain or mark they haven’t gotten out. They truly deserve a “10”!

First of all, I LOVE your hold messages. In the past, you have had some seriously funny hold messages that make me laugh (no matter how bad of a day I have had). Your team answered so promptly this last time that I wasn't able to enjoy any new hold messages.

Secondly, the technician that came to our house was AMAZING! We requested a special treatment on one of the areas being cleaned. The technician walked us through everything he did. He was respectful, courteous, and worked quickly. The technician is a good representative of Zerorez.
