Our house smelled rather musty and moldy for the first few days afterwards. The technician was super nice and helpful though.

You’re guys always do a great job cleaning my very old carpet!

I was very disappointed when the technician walked in our house without mask on . When I asked him he said we are not required, I said we have a baby here and people not vaccinated completely yet . The second disappointment is when he sprayed some chemicals or whatever before cleaning, he created very slippery areas by the outside of the door , without warning us , I almost slipped, but my daughter fell and hit her shoulder and this morning she woke up with a lot of pain.

Your environmental fees, I was told 135 for three rooms of carpet and was surprised to find it was 150 not happy about that

My carpets turned out amazing, like they were brand new. We had had a Sr dog and there were some spots. The technician was very informative, professional and thorough. I will definitely use your company again.

It's great effectiveness despite the use of no soap. No soapy residue to reattract dirt for a return cleaning. You see that the system and "racket" that slot of carpet companies operate under.

I had a really bad traffic pattern on m carpeting and it's completely gone! My carpeting is off white and really needed cleaning, and I didn't know how badly until after they were clean. The guy was polite and considerate as well.

I paid $60 for a rug to be cleaned and it doesn’t look any different than it did before you cleaned it. I also don’t see much difference on some areas of the regular carpet either. I would like a refund as I’ve lost faith in your company.
