I went with Zerorez because a friend told me that the rugs dry quickly and you don't use soap, so they stay cleaner longer and no harsh chemicals. The salesman who answered my call told me to expect 97-98% of the water would be removed. However, our experience was not a good one at all and we won't be having you come back. The technician was okay, but after everything was done and he was gone, our house stunk...really bad. And it didn't let up at all until the next morning. As for the carpets, they are okay but not outstanding and they did take a long time to dry, which is not what I was expecting. They were still damp yesterday mid morning. So, oh well....

The communication from the company was very good. You understood clearly when they were scheduled and when they would arrive. The service tech was prompt and very courteous. He did an excellent job cleaning our two couches. We were very pleased. We were scheduled to clean three rooms but decided it was time to replace our flooring instead. Very good service!!

Came on time, did a great job, very pleased.

After vacuuming the carpet is soft and fluffy like a new carpet.

You couldn’t even clean half of the rugs that I needed, and the chairs you did clean
still have spots. Even the one carpet that had treatment didn’t get all spots out. Very disappointing!

No chemicals

I was under the impression your “empowered water” left no residue. But all my carpets are crunchy now that they are dry. I don’t think your system is much different than all the others.
However, I was impressed with the professionalism of the young man who took care of my carpets.

I like the fact that the products are water based so they are safer for my family. The service provider was also efficient and professional.

The carpet is fine, but the tile was just bad. There were a bunch of patches of grout that didn't get clean, it actually looked better before the cleaning, at least it was all a uniform color. I saw it before the crew left, but I thought it was just still wet in those spots.

I would understand if it was some kind of terrible stain, but I was able to take them off with just warm soapy water and a few minutes with a scrub brush.

Normally I'd have you guys come back out and fix it, but I am selling the house and had a photographer coming in the morning, so there I was, for 5 hours, till 1am, on my hands and knees scrubbing a floor I just paid zero rez 600 bucks to clean...

Dissatisfied doesn't even begin to describe my state of mind.

The fact that they don't use any soap to clean carpets. My carpets aren't "crunchy" and they dry faster and smell fresh! I've been using Zerorez for over 10 years and I will continue to use Zerorez for many more years to come.

Service was prompt and the technicians were friendly. I just wish they could have removed the red stain in the living room completely.

I will return to this property in 10 days. I am confident that the pet oder will be gone. I was not prepared for the high cost but hopefully it was worth it.

Very professional easy to schedule and work with

The carpet cleaning person arrived promptly. Very professional and thorough. The carpet cleaning and tile cleaning took less time, in my mind, than the other well known professional carpet cleaner and the equipment was not near as loud. Usually I lock my cat in the bathroom. Very traumatic for the cat. This time, I just left the cat loose and all was fine.
I have for the last 10 years or so used a well known carpet cleaning company, but each time they left, there was a film on the carpet and their cleaning product for spotting actually made the spots get dirty again faster. I did not want that any more. I told the rep about this and also asked if he used chemicals that "could" harm my cat. He stated that the carpet may be pretreated with the orange smelling stuff, but is cleaned with water. Incredibly, spots that the other company made by over use of chemicals and never came clean anymore, did come clean. There was also a piece of gum stuck in the carpet-it came out easily. I cannot speak for anyone else, but the price quote on the phone was much more than I was actually charged. THAT made the whole thing even better. The carpet looks and feels good. I definitely recommend Zerorez.

Great service and carpet looks awesome

The service was excelant in that your representative and I worked together to spot any areas that needed extra attention. He was very easy to work with and displayed what I term as Customer Service, which is rare these days. I wanted a big container of alkaline water so he called the office and ordered it for delivery the next day. I have used Zerorez at several locations including our home and the service is always excellent.
