Technicians are prompt and polite. This was a move out clean and, I must say, I wish that the previous renters/owners would have been as considerate of us when we moved in. The floors, carpet and tile, looked fantastic! Not so much when we moved in. Thanks Zerorez for making the place look like a million bucks!
I hadn't had my carpets cleaned professionally in a long time. Joe came in and was polite, informative and did a great job getting food/spilled drink stains out of my carpet. I will definitely use Zerorez again!

I always use Zerorez for their service with their special water, helpful and professional service people. They arrived on time and left me with very clean carpets.

The technician was on-time and did a great job! I also love the fact that there's no strong chemical/cleaning smell.
My carpet is still damp over 36 hrs since cleaning. I commented to the technician on how damp it was and he said it would be dry in 4-8 hrs. Also, previous carpet cleaners have left a clean, neat vacuum pattern behind. It looked professional. This time, my floor looked very haphazard. I wasn’t impressed.
I also can’t tell much difference from before it was cleaned. My carpet wasn’t heavily soiled, but I thought the small traffic patterns that were forming would clean up better than they did. Instead, the carpet and tile basically look the same. Seems like a waste of money. I’m surprised since I had heard really good things about Zerorez. My mom had used them a few years ago for some rental property and had nothing but good to say. I don’t normally leave reviews, and definitely don’t go out of my way to leave negative ones, but I was disappointed in my experience and wanted to let you know. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
Had an issue with scheduling due to a miscommunication but after that was resolved Everything was amazing. Tray is an all star.
