The man who came out was so wonderful and kind! He was extremely accommodating of our recent move and all of the boxes and furniture. He worked around us moving stuff out of the way from room to room and with our 4 small children running around the house! He did an exceptional job and the carpets look great! He was so friendly and helped us out so much. Truly exceptional customer service. I recommend ZeroRez to everybody! :)

I had my carpets and floors done 4 weeks ago. I have no pets and take my shoes off at the door. I just vacuumed for the 1st time since hiring Zerorez...AND I filled my Dyson Animal Ball 2 to the Maximum in the canister. I got ripped off and want a full refund. My throw rugs were supposedly cleaned too.. I can only imagine how must dirt Zerorez left behind....
