I have used Zerorez several times now and have always been completely pleased with their prompt and courteous customer service and the technician always showing up as promised, and providing quality work.

I used another carpet cleaning company for many years prior to trying Zerorez and although they were very reputable in the beginning, they slowly lost their desire to provide good customer service and on several occasions, did not show up as promised when I had to take off work to let them in at the scheduled time. This became quite inconvenient but I was reluctant in switching companies. Finally, I had no choice but to switch. However, I was and still am, extremely pleased with my decision.

My initial phone call was brief and very friendly. The service time I chose was 10-12. The technician texted me at 945 which was great! He was really nice and professional. I wasn't oversold anything I didn't need for my move out carpet clean. The rooms and the stairs looked great after everything dried. I would absolutely call them again and recommend them.

Carpet looks great as does tile.

Clean and dries quicker

I have had several carpet cleaners over the years. They always said that they did the best they could on traffic areas. My carpet in the master is 15 years old. Had the worse traffic pattern from the hallway to the master bath. I was just going to pull the carpet and tile. They came in and did their magic and no more traffic pattern. That pattern has been there for years. I couldn’t believe it. All the stains in different areas are gone. It’s amazing. I will try them on our rental property.

The 2 gentlemen from Zerorez worked harder than any other carpet cleaners I have ever had to make sure that the carpet was clean and stain free. This was the first time I have used Zerorez, and I will definitely use them again and recommend this company to my friends! I was very impressed.

Very professional. Walked thru the area we wanted cleaned then went right to work.
When finished the carpet looked great with no noticeable spots which we had prior to the cleaning. He noted that some of the worst spots might reappear when dry but that is not the case so far after 24 hours and the carpet is dry at this point.
