Everything went well! Carpets, especially stairs looks great.

Tech was more than 30 mins late and did not call to let us know. He wore his booties in and out of the house including all around the driveway, which made them useless to wear. Upon arrival he immediately asked to go the restroom and spent twenty mins in there- were now 45 mins past out start time. He was messy and placed his solution all over our furniture, finally dumped all of the dirty cleaning water in our kitchen sink and left a huge mess. We called to complain immediately after- we will not be using this service again.

Your name is Zerorez and there is nothing but a film or residue all over the top of our floor!! I got home yesterday from a long workday and had to mop my floor twice!!! 🤬 I can still see the residue left behind on my tile today!! After you spend $500 to have your tile cleaned you should not have to continuously try to mop it and see this nasty residue come up day after day!! We spent $150 on a shower and it still has marks on it. I will not hire your company again. So sad because there is so much hype around your company.

Everything was explained to me about the procedure and what chemicals/ or lack of were being used before they started the cleaning process.

I really was impressed to watch all of the work LEON put into cleaning my rug. He was so nice and polite, and did an excellent job. My rug has never looked so good. He needs a pat on the back or whatever for his service. I will definitely use Zerorex if I need a “ touch- up”. I will also recommend you to friends. Pris Corbus

The service tech, Chris explained the process and even suggested an option to clean an area rug in my home. We discussed options and best way to clean. Chris was efficient and professional throughout the time he was at my home cleaning my carpets.

Very easy to book and floors look great

The young man that came did not have a mask on. I told my daughter who is extremely high risk for CoVid to keep her mask on. He was sniffling the entire time he was here. He did not use the corner/furniture guards and did not put coverings over his shoes. He was very quiet and seemed unsure of what he was doing.
