Chris , the carpet cleaning rep was very helpful and helping me understand how zerorez works. Letting me know all the things that go on with carpet...ie my carpet, and how to keep it clean with pets. He was very nice and knowledgeable, could and all my questions. Chris was a 5 start help for my carpet it looks amazing.
Our technician, Tim Linkletter, was so friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. He went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were not only met, but definitely exceeded. Thank you again Tim!!!

The absolute best technicians. Seems like it is so rare these days to find good employees who represent their companies in all ways possible. Starting with their personalities. NEVER had a representative from Zerorez cause me to regret spending my money for this service. Seems to me that the services and products are really the icing on the cake. You must respect your employees or they would not be so respectful to the customers. Someone at the top is getting it right.
Clean without harsh chemicals
Our carpets looked so good after the cleaning and dried very quickly. The young man was so nice and was very good at his job. I would have the company clean my carpets again.
Price more than doubled from quote due to a handful of stains from the dogs. Happy to pay extra for removing them but more than double ? Not good pricing practice. Time to value to cost done like up. Tech was a pushy sales man too, very focused on up selling. It’s learn he gets bonuses on up sales. I won’t be recommending this company to anyone
The service was quick and efficient. I liked that there was no intense fragrance. The carpet on our stairs looks clean and fluffy.
The people are very friendly The product is very good no residue carpet feels good and zero res is going to be the only company I ever call out from my carpets

I went with Zerorez because of your reputation in the valley. I was disappointed in the way the technician cleaned my couch. It did not get it as clean as wanted and I could’ve gone with another company for half the price to get the same result. Also, the technician did not even attempt to clean the back of the couch.

The young man that came did not have a mask on. I told my daughter who is extremely high risk for CoVid to keep her mask on. He was sniffling the entire time he was here. He did not use the corner/furniture guards and did not put coverings over his shoes. He was very quiet and seemed unsure of what he was doing.
