I like the cleaning without chemicals and your cleaning process works well. I have carpets that are a light color & looked terrible. After the cleaning with your process, they were surprisingly so much better. Most of the stains & discolorations were gone!
In addition, I was really pleased with the personnel...very helpful & pleasant.

This company is amazing 🤩!!!! I am having a party for my daughter this weekend and I didn’t think they would get me in but I call and today they had someone come out and he was outstanding just like their services. He was so kind and took pride In his work. I was listening to 104.7 and thought there is no way they can come and boy did they prove me wrong and I am more than satisfied. I recommend them a 1000 times.
Well when I first texted for information on pricing, i gave specific dimensions of each room, said i was going to be doing stairs as well and then we agreed on a price. I knew there could be a few differences for some sq footage missed like a hallway, but the first thing your technician does is when he comes in telling me it's going to cost more and there's no stairs in the quote. I've seen and had done multiple carpet cleanings. Your commercials showed different equipment. The technician I had really wasn't helpful and to be honest, he just used a regular carpet cleaning vacuum and i never even saw any steam/heat. Normally you can see the dirt getting sucked up. We didn't notice any differences once he left. The carpets supposedly from the commercials aren't left crusty or crispy. nope, not ours. crispy and crunchy from hour 1. It was a very disappointing experience honestly. I do believe you do better carpet cleaning services, just the technician we got or the package we got didn't include the better service equipment. he said he was paid by the price of the job he was performing. He seemed frustrated when I called corporate about the pricing be different than we agreed on and from then on didn't really feel like he wanted to be here any longer.

I specifically asked for an experienced technician and ZeroRez listened and sent us exactly that. David did a wonderful job, was courteous, friendly and very hard working. We had said we did not want our carpet to be left so wet that it took 24 - 48 hours to dry. David did the best job any ZeroRez tech has ever done and our carpets were dry in about 6 hours with fans blowing. I had asked for the first appointment of the day if possible and was thrilled to be given that. The gentleman scheduling us was very helpful. What a breath of fresh air all the way around after such a trying year with Covid. Thank you ZeroRez!
