Effective. And the last tech was really helpful
I was very disappointed in the work that was done to clean my carpets. The gentleman was very nice and I really didn't have an idea of his work until after he had left. My carpets were extremely wet and what usually takes 3-5 hours to dry took overnight (more than 16 hours) and that is with ceiling fans on in every room and 3 stand fans going as well.
I have personally used your service many times, referred you to my RE Clients and also gave verbal referrals to other Real Estate Agents for their clients. This is the first time my carpets were this wet and I still have crunchy carpets. My carpets were not stained and only had a few (2-3) minor areas of where my dog had gotten ill.
You guys always do a good job, been using you for years. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Our tech was awesome and the smell is gone (so those are both high points) but when we looked today the spots were back- not even 24 hours later. It appears that once the carpet dried the spots really had not been taken out of the carpet, we just couldn’t see it when the carpet was still wet.

I appreciate that Zerorez continues to be on time or even early for every visit. We also appreciate that the Technicians are all very polite, friendly and patient with our dogs! The Techs have all been very conscientious about our needs & concerns about our carpet & take the time to clean & treat them completely.
