my carpet was so wet. It was cleaned at 8 am and when I called with questions as to why it was like this. I was told it may take up to 8 hours to dry. This was probable due to excessive humidity outside. This is Phoenix Arizona the humidity level yesterday was 7%. Give me a break.. My carpet in some areas was still damp the following morning. At least it is dry now no thanks to your customer service. At least the person who did the work was nice.
Scheduling was efficient & service technician was punctual & personable.
Colon was the best at cleaning my carpet and explaining the service.

It did a good job on soil. Carpet and area rug look great.
Carpets look great and my technician was awesome. But there was a lot (a lot!) of a sand like white powder left all over the house that I noticed after he left So the carpets are clean-great-but my tile is a mess:( I’d like to know what the powder is and whether it’s toxic

Zerorez always does a wonderful job on the carpet and just did a spectacular job getting some stains out where my dog got sick that I couldn't get out! I would recommend them for any job no matter how big or small.

I feel like it is very misleading. Your 3 room special to we use only water. Once you start there are too many "buts." But how big are the rooms, but what are the stains, but what is your couch. I felt I was honest through the whole process, I asked my tech to let me know if the stain needed more, he did not communicate that, then when I was not happy I was told I needed to spend another $150 for one spot. So unless your carpets are already totally clean, we will clean them with water! Have stains, we need to use a cleaner which is $75 a gallon, 2 gallons for a spot that is the size of a dinner plate. Rather use another company that will charge me the same and clean my carpets, with a chemical, and be done for the same price.

It was the best carpet cleanings experience I’ve had. The carpets turned out great and I had some issues. They smell so fresh and the drying time wasn’t bad at all. I was really impressed with the technician, Jessie. He was very knowledgeable... was prompt and finished the job in a short period of time. He has a great personality and is a real asset for your company. I will be recording you to friends.
