No chemical smells and all of the problem areas including spots come clean
Our family room gray carpet had several dog urine spots. Abraham from Zerorez worked his magic. The spots are completely gone and the carpet looks like new! I WILL NOT have any other company clean my carpets. Zerorez is the best!
Rugs were wet for three days! Dylon was to call me back with some information and haven't heard from him. Cleaning time was to be 2:30 since I was babysitting mu grandchildren and they came at 12:30. I specifically requested Jeff Klaus and they said no problem but they sent Dylon.

The gal who scheduled our appointment was. Dry personable and friendly. The technician Dylan was amazing! Worked very hard to make my parents old carpet look new. My Mom is thrilled with his work and says the company should be very proud to have that young man as an employee.
The tech was very professional and positive and he was able to make the carpets clean like new.
Appointments are easy to get. The carpet dries fairly quickly, and there is no perfume or other lingering odor. These issues are why we no longer use other companies.
Also, your technicians have been very businesslike, yet friendly.

The technician did a good job of cleaning the carpet however, we were not satisfied with how he was unable to answer our questions about pricing. We feel that we were overcharged for the service performed. Also, we had to ask him to wear a mask and he did not wear protective booties as stated on your wesite.

I’ve used you’re company twice and Last name removed you’re service. The only thing I don’t like is being over sold products I don’t need. He was going to charge me for 2 gallons of the biological fluid for 5 spots of pet urine, $150. When I questioned him about it he said he could probably just use one. Based on the amount of fluid in the container before and after I doubt he even used that much. Didn’t leave me with a great feeling about him. I hope this type of over selling isn’t company direction.

Wasn't all that impressed by the cleaning of my grout.
Our first service from Zerorez in 2019 was for special price $140.00. Service man decided half
way thru that he suspected carpet was wool.No change was made in treatment, but price was increased to $490.00.
This year we decided to try Zerorez again with special price of $138.00 for 3 rooms. When I called the receptionist was told we only wanted one room cleaned and she said it would be
$165.00 ( no explanation ). I ask about wool and she said---no additional charge.
Try to explain that to a friend !!!!!!!!!
