My technician Tim L. was wonderful. He was very thorough, took his time and even got a spot out that no one else was able to. He answered all my questions and the carpets look great.

High cost. The grout is still splotchy is some areas. Carpet looks good upstairs though

I was happy with the time of arrival. I thought the service person was very knowledgeable and was very pleasant. I had 2 area rugs and a wall to wall. I learned at this visit that you have a service for area rugs where you pickup clean and return. If I had known about this service I would have just had one rug cleaned in that manner. While cleaning that rug, I noticed an edge that did not come clean and mentioned it. I was told that it was just wet and would lighten up after drying. It did not. I spent time with just water and worked that area clean. I have an understanding that I can expect that the carpet will stay clean longer because there is no residue. I can not tell if his is true until months have gone bye.

I guess, I would be happy to get a credit for that area rug to be cleaned with the pickup and delivery.

Easy online or phone scheduling, on time arrival, knowledgeable technicians, careful do avoid damage, great work, NO chemical smells, dry by evening or the next morning depending on the time of work.

I've used Zero Rez many times & have always been more than happy with the outcome. This last visit however, left me thinking I need to have my carpet (and some tile) recleaned. Unfortunately I was working while the work was being done and he was so quick, was gone before I realized it and could inspect the work.
1. the carpets were left very wet, particularly the steps which took more than a day to dry, and smelled like wet dog. We don't have a dog. It leaves me wondering how clean the water was....
2. the carpet was 'crunchy' when it dried, which again leaves me wondering about the water.
3. I had two rugs cleaned, but he cleaned them on the travertine floor versus on top of the carpet like they usually do. So (wet) dirt was left under the rugs, which required me to clean up (scrub) after. (Should I really have to clean up after someone who is supposed to be cleaning for you??)

I've resolved to no longer refer your business. I understand that good help is hard to find.
