Two things.....our bathrooms were soaked with water. I had to take towels to soak up the extra water. Our technician dripped water over pergo floors going from the hall through the bedroom into our master bathroom. He streaked the pergo floors. He should of known that you don't put water on pergo. He should of said something. He was in and out in less then 45 minutes. He was sloppy. Never using zerorez again. The tile and grout are clean.

First, customer service helped me get something that was very important to me about booking the appointment which was getting the first one. They went out of their way to make sure that we did our best to get it and we did!!! That was something that was a make or break for me. Otherwise tech showed up on time, super friendly and informative. Discussed options in treatments with me. Made sure to follow up since I had to leave to ensure me they locked up and things were looking great. Got home probably 8hours later and carpets were pretty dry and looking fantastic. I wanted this done before I got my new furniture in. Job well done.

Carpet cleaner spent 25 minutes trying to upsell me and the carpet cleaning I got was a waste of time and money.

Aside from showing up long after the scheduled time frame, the service was excellent. At least the company did a discount on the cost for services because of the late showing. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

No cleaners are used and carpets don't usually feel crunchy after cleaning. Drying time is minimal compared to other cleaning companies.

Our technician probably should have had us check over the furniture and rug he cleaned to check if there was anything we felt should be given extra attention. About 15-20 minutes after he left I noticed an area of one of the chairs that was totally overlooked. The technician had to return and clean the area he missed. That could have been avoided if we had checked it over and signed off on it first.

Our tech Treyvon did a fantastic job getting our carpet clean. He was on time and he was courteous and professional.

Like the fact that Zerorez doesn't use the standard soap that leaves a crunchy feeling on the dried carpet.
