Prompt, nice employees and great job of getting the carpet and furniture clean
This was second time I used your service. Again, I was very pleased with the carpet and tile cleaning. Jonathan was very professional and took pride in his work. He advised me concerning tile care which I greatly appreciated. My felines enjoyed no "irritating" smells, especially those of the feline who had lived here. A great big "thank you" to Jonathan for making our house clean.

My carpets and tile are cleaner than I expected!!
I have used other services as well I have my own carpet cleaner, but My carpets have never been so clean. Will definitely use this service again! They were on time, let me know in advance when they would be here...not a 2 hour window, which is what most service people do. Reasonably priced, highly recommended!
This is the second time that I have had Zerorez clean my carpets. The first time I didn't have any real stains, just traffic areas. The results were so so. This time I had vomit stains from a sick dog that I have recently had to put down. The tech hit me with the usual upgrade tactics if I wanted to get rid of the stains. Of course I did (that is why I called) but after the carpet was dry, the stains were still there and bigger than they were before. I am definitely not Happy with the results and would not recommend Zerorez to anyone.

The tech was super friendly and was very careful inside our home. The things we had cleaned turned out very nice and we didn’t have to wait a day and a half before we could use them. I will definitely recommend Zerorez.
