Overall customer service was excellent.
Tim was extremely professional courteous, thorough and knowledgeable, he took the time to explain how their products would work and what I am to expect. My window of time was pushed back to the next two hours but Tim arrived on time.

I just had my floors completed as I had a new home that needs my floors of 2 years old cleaned and sealed. When I can to see the floors, I was very disappointed. The floor looked to not be cleaned in many areas and all over the grout was still dirty. I actually was able to clean several areas of the grout on my own. It is not at all what expected as it just seems that it was mopped and thats all. My bill was over 500 and I will not do it again or recommend.

Fast service, no grit, dried fast
The fact that the Zerorez process leaves no residue behind is #1. Mr. Jones was in contact with me on his travel to my residence. He arrived as he predicted. He was very courteous and professional. He viewed the rooms I wanted cleaned and proceeded to bring in protective items and cleaning equipment. He went right to work and did a very through cleaning. We had a few conversations as he moved his equipment from room to room and when he was removing his equipment from my house and packing it in his vehicle. He is an asset to the Zerorez company.
The technician arrived in a timely manner. He was friendly, efficient and thorough. My carpet feels and looks clean and almost like new. However, there was one spot he couldn't get out completely. But it is so much lighter now that it can hardly be noticed.
