The guy who clean our carpets was great! professional, very likeable and just a good guy!

The two guys that took care of our cleaning were professional and knew what they were doing. The home looks great.

I have made a phone call requesting a refund for a rug cleaning, I haven’t heard back from anybody , also I would like to have my floors redone since the job was not as expected .

The guys were awesome very informational and so sweet and answered my questions.

DIDN'T GET THE CHIARS CLEAN.

My tech was amazing. What a guy. His personality was great and helpful, knowledgeable and his work was even better. Aside from him being a rock star. I never did get a notification to confirm time of arrival from your office. And a scheduling error. The tech you sent out made up for all of it. He needs a raise!

The young man was courteous and went right to work on our chair . He also was willing to clean two more chairs that I added to his visit.

Jason worked hard, efficiently and answered my questions. I was actually hoping for some longer answers with advice based on his experience when I asked about protection treatment and time between recommended cleaning. He essentially agreed with what I offered as my plan.

Misrepresentation and false advertising of services and proper cleaning.
More interested in finding additional areas to charge additional fees, for than properly cleaning. Overcharging for service.
Did not clean soiled stains, made them worse and darker.
Cleaning with special water is a joke. Does not clean. Makes things worse.
NOT HAPPY WITH RESULTS.

Carpets got cleaned without the crunchy feeling that other companies would provide.

Technician was courteous and helpful in explaining the process of cleaning the tile and grout.

We were very happy with the result. The technician: Spencer H. was very nice and explained
everything to me. I would ask for him next time that we need carpet cleaning.

Tim did a fantastic job, he was polite, thorough and helpful. Zerorez always does an amazing job!

They always leave our carpets soft and very clean. No residue left that stiffens the carpet.
Staff are very professional and helpful. They answered all my questions and worked with me on scheduling an appointment.

The service technician was great and the end product was excellent!

Our carpet is very old and we have two elderly cats-need I say more.
The carpet turned out much better than my expectation, so very happy with the result. The tile and grout cleaning was alright but residue was left in some places on the grout. I will use Zerorez again for the carpet but not for the tile and grout.

The carpet came clean immediately! The tech, Devin Shackleford was very professional and polite. He left no area unclean. We are having our ceramic tile done next!
