The tech you sent out did not do a good job as if he did not make an effort to clean my truck seats. He also left residue on the door threshold that I had to wipe down and failed to clean the carpet.

Carpet looks great. He was quick, very nice, did a good job.
Didn’t really clean my carpets. High traffic areas are and still look dirty and show. Was told by tech that carpet too thin to try and use scrubber on tough spots for fear of tearing??? Just felt like the last appointment of a long week and he just wanted to get in and out. Didn’t feel like arguing with him about it, but would have liked a bit more customer service because I was home the entire time and he didn’t mention it until he was packed up and writing the invoice which by the way is very vague in its explanations of my cleaning job

I am a repeat customer which I will say I wasn't totally disappointed just slightly. Also I would use Zerorez again just believe a little bit more training might be needed for our Technician Lloyd.
We had quiet a bit of carpet cleaned and looked good not particularly fluffy but it had been 2 years for the living room so unsure it can ever come back as it's aged and the other rooms hadn't been cleaned in years so I wasn't totally surprised it didn't look as good as the last time we had the living room cleaned. I will say all the spotted areas I showed Lloyd we had did seem to be gone so that was great.
We had one bathroom and hallway tile cleaned and this is where I was slightly disappointed as our Technician seemed to miss some of the baseboard areas where as the rest of the floor was fine.
One other thing was he parked his van on our driveway as my husband said it was ok unaware his van was leaking oil, our last Technician we had did not park on our driveway. I would like to think if our Lloyd knew his van was leaking oil he would not have parked there.
All in all the experience was good and I would definitely try Zerorez again

The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job getting my carpet to look like new.
Zerorez is great! I have used them several times, always professional!!! They do a great job, they are on time, have great notifications and most of all my carpets are all nice and clean without any detectable scents.

The fact that my carpeting stays clean longer due to no residue. Our tech guy did a really good job. Last year the fellow who did my carpets did NOT do a good job so I almost did not use your service again. The young man who did it this time was more thorough and the carpeting shows it.
Company advertises $135, for 3 rooms of carpet on the radio. I paid over $600 dollars, which was by far the most I have ever paid to have my carpets cleaned! Carpets came out looking good however, when sitting on the floor I can still smell some pet odor from previous accidents. This is even after I paid extra to have the carpets pre-treated! I expected to pay more for pretreat and scotch guard, but felt that should have been more around $300! Maybe company can send me a coupon for additional savings next time!
