We've used ZEROREZ several times for carpet and tile floor cleaning, and have been very happy with the service they provide.
This time we had the entire tile floor cleaned by Trey, who did an outstanding job. Trey is friendly, was on time, conducted himself in a professional manner. Trey is an asset to your company.
We have told friends about ZEROREZ and will use them again.
Felt that the technician did an excellent job in cleaning and refreshing our carpets. Carpets were not dry as soon as we were told they would be - next time I will request a morning appointment!!

We were disappointed in the quality, the service and the results. I own a restoration and carpet cleaning company and to say it was below industry standard is an understatement. My crews are coming back next week to clean everything again the correct way. I will never hire you all again. My guys spend 5% of their time carpet cleaning but are exponentially better at carpet cleaning than they guy who was at the house.
Better clean up after pool cleaning and tile work (there was little to no clean up on my job).
Also, perhaps a heads-up to customers about the mess - so they could do their part in moving or covering furniture (the last time you guys did work here I do not remember any significant clean up required on my part like this time).
But after you sending out someone to rinse off the cool deck and me cleaning the rest....now my patio/cool deck and pool are nice and clean!

The issue that i had was the carpet puckering , maybe if I was aware that this was a possibility
I would of scheduled the cleaning different.
Over all a good job was done and the office staff was helpful.
I just didn’t really notices a difference in my carpet afterwards. And the next day I vacuumed and picked up so much dog hair less than 24 hours afterwards. Makes me wonder why I spend money to clean them
I called Mon. so hoping to get carpets & tiles cleaned for a house to be sold. Schedule
permitted someone to come on Tues. Dylan came & cleaned so well & took extra time
on the hard dirt places. He was great. It's the first time I've used zero rez & was
totally please with the results & would recommend the company to all.
I loved the communication about arrival time and specific slot time. It really helped me to plan my day. My technician was very courteous and respectful to my home, protecting corners from damage. I love the way my carpets look and feel. I’ve used Zerorez for years and recommended them often! Thanks for keeping my carpets happy!

The carpets still dont seem as if they were cleaned very well in our Family room. They look just about the same. The rest of the house turned out pretty good but our family room we are not very happy with the results.

Technicians are very knowledgeable. With five giant breed dogs and fostering my carpets really take a beating. Dirt, stains, dander and pet body oils attract dirt and dust. Can’t say enough about how clean my carpet are.
