Great employees in person and on phone. Nice looking, soft clean carpet. Dries fast. Have used Zerorez for the last 4-5 years, always pleased with result. Technicians always go through before cleaning & spray trouble spots. The free bottle of their water formula I received last year is really good for spot touch up.

We have a two story house with carpet on the 2nd floor. Ordered your services since our only pet, a cat, recently passed. Told the technician that the cat would pretty much urinate in 1 spot and we would carpet clean it every time but wanted a good cleaning. Technician recommended that we deep clean the pads to get whatever urine could be left and we agreed. My family stayed downstairs as he set up and began the deep cleaning. Once he started we heard water hitting the ceiling of the first floor beneath where he is working. I quickly ran up and had him stop. He came down to hear the water and quickly went to work vacuuming the spot he was working on in the 2nd floor to stop anymore water from leaking through. A water and cat urine mixture started to flow out from a recessed light close to where the noise was heard about a minute or so from when we initially heard the water. Once the technician started the vacuuming he came down to see the water flowing from the recessed light and called his manager for guidance. Once I collected about a litter of the water/urine mixture in a bucket the leak stopped and I removed the recessed light and can to assess the damage and take video. We ended up just getting a standard carpet cleaning and the damage to the 1st floor ceiling seemed very minor. I used a hair dryer to dry what I could in the area between the 1st and 2nd floor. Everything seemed to be fine until the next day when we could smell cat urine on the ceiling or the 1st floor. The drywall must have absorbed some of the water/urine mixture.
Needless to say we are disappointed in our experience. We knew he would use more water than usual to soak the carpet pads but we did not expect for him to wash our 1st floor ceiling in cat urine. His manager also seemed to be feeding him excuses such as the possibility of a water pipe breaking at the exact location and time of the cleaning. But I have video of the space between the 1st and 2nd floor that shows there is no plumbing in the area. We were also given no information on how to remedy this with your company and were just told to contact customer service if anything is damaged. We are happy with the standard carpet cleaning that we ended up getting. We are just disappointed with all the other stuff.

The fact that my carpeting stays clean longer due to no residue. Our tech guy did a really good job. Last year the fellow who did my carpets did NOT do a good job so I almost did not use your service again. The young man who did it this time was more thorough and the carpeting shows it.
